Our Ambassador of Enlightenment – Tiny Tips of Canine Enlightenment
Why might the perspective of my pup, Buddy, hold value to those of us in business? As the former ‘Director of First Impressions’ has proven, no one was a fonder greeter of our guests at my former business, Carl House. With presence, enthusiasm and attention to our customers, he helped our guests feel welcome and put them at ease. He was a natural ‘ice-breaker’!
Being an extremely ‘dog-centric’ community in Bozeman, I find myself taking more healthy ‘work breaks’ for a trot in the dog park (5 minutes from my office). Replete with ponds and diving boards, dogs and their caretakers are friendly, smiling, happy to move their bodies, meet new pals and appreciate the sunshine and mountain views! This playground of pups and people reminds me of our need for greater balance at times in the workplace. Our need to ‘smell the wildflowers’ as the photo of Buddy below reminds me!

Buddy has a new title in my Arriving with BB Webb business. Deemed the ‘Ambassador of Enlightenment’ he coaches ME on the importance of moving my body, sleeping when tired, making time for friends and of course the delight of throwing a frisbee amongst humans and dog friends.
