January 2023 marks a new chapter for BB,  pursuing her passion for helping others to buy and sell real estate!

Why a next chapter in real estate? Throughout the years BB Webb has fostered and grown her passion for buying and selling property while creating beautiful homes and business spaces set apart by their unique signature details and functionality. Inspired by her spirited mother, Kitty, also a real estate agent, BB understands the importance of helping individuals find the right home choice for different phases in their ever-changing lives. Helping her clients envision, find and create the unique, personal and inviting home spaces for them, is what both drives and motivates her.

With a first career in the performing arts and later as savvy entrepreneur, BB’s superpower is listening between the lines and putting what she hears into creative action.  She grew her love for creating the right and perfect living spaces while renovating a hundred plus year historic Georgia home, complete with ballroom and gorgeous grounds for couples getting married. As a one-stop- shop destination with full catering, floral and wedding direction services, listening to her clients’ visions and dreams for the day that launched their marriage was both her, and her teams’ joy and delight.

Since moving to Montana to be near family, BB has fallen in love with not just the history and landscape of the west, but the enormity of beautiful homes, land and living spaces that compliment the environment. She shares,

Drawing out what they envision, the setting and home details that most resonates with their stage in life is a unique and fulfilling process. Important too is working into their spending plan.  Assuring they are making the right financial investment, is key!

With the many careers I’ve had the good fortune to have embraced in my past, and learning through the many people I’ve met and worked with, engaging with individuals to discover their next best home is infinitely rewarding to me.  Helping others to discover the right aesthetic and business decision for them, is without a doubt a perfect next chapter career for me!”

And previously??

BB Webb’s start in the arts created a rich landscape for her development as a respected entrepreneur during her 14 year stint in Georgia.  Soon after arriving to Montana, from 2019 – 2022, she had the opportunity to work with bright financial advisors new to entrepreneurship. Engaged as Sales Coach at XY Planning Network, an organization known for disrupting the financial services industry to serve more individuals in ways that matter, BB worked with entrepreneurial financial advisors to help their clients live their best lives!  No small purpose.  

In this role, BB used her hard-earned entrepreneur savvy to serve 1600 plus fee-for-service advisors who are new to business ownership.  Her time was spent developing meaningful sales content and best practice processes in the shape of webinars, workshops, one-to-one coaching and blogs, helping her firm owners to have meaningful conversations in a consultative selling format.  BB’s hallmark was her use of role play, the use of clearly defined  systems and storytelling to win the client.  

Along with developing a full service of online trainings, resources, live courses, and workshops, BB was a blogging contributor at XYPN.  Her talks, webinars, workshops, and trainings covered the following topics:

Formerly, BB’s work within her Arriving with BB Webb, LLC provided her the opportunity to create and host her own cable program, to speak at numerous conferences nationally on a variety of topics, coach other business owners and publish her book, ‘Build Your Business: BB Webb’s Notes from the Highwire!’  

With BB’s new project, Next Chapters Podcast unfolding, she is moving into a passionate landscape of creativity which she knows well.  She began her career as a performing artist where she wrote, toured, and performed her own one-woman play, ‘Through Ruby’s Eyes’.  Working with artists throughout her 20s and 30s she was immersed in a process of performance technique, discipline, and self-discovery afforded through tuning within herself to the messages, answers, and questions that often go unnoticed in our often too busy ‘doing’ lives. 

 After embracing her later entrepreneurial journey during her 40s and 50s, BB is now helping other aging women and men thrive while unfolding her ‘Next Chapters Podcast, richly informed by the fertile soil of her past.  Please join BB as she unravels the next moments that will build and rally not just her own unfolding, but the journey of other women and men headed into their later acts of life, finding meaning, purpose, authenticity, and their own flavor of joy!
